And served with some Bernini cause that’s how I roll… In the background you can see the Arugula Tomato Waffle Pizza that my friend ordered. I didn’t taste it because of the cheese, but she loved it.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, and I’m happy to report that it just keeps getting better! This restaurant features delicious Californian-style salads, waffle pizzas and a selection of sandwiches. I really try to eat a whole-foods, plant-based (WFPB) diet, so this restaurant is perfect for those looking for fresh, healthy food.

This was my very first salad eaten at March Rabbit back in 2013. The lentils and green hummus are hiding.

I’m realizing now that I should have taken pictures of the restaurant exterior (bright green and yellow brick!) and of the menu to better help readers find the restaurant and see how delicious the menu is. Sorry 😦 If I’m back in the area I will take the photos and update this post.

Yes....the exact same salad again. Usually I want to try new things each time I go to a restaurant but this salad is just so delicious

Anyways….in my opinion, the salads are the feature item of this restaurant. They have a build your own salad option with so many rarely-found-in-Korea-toppings. There are lentils, avocado, sundried tomatoes, apple chutney, nuts and real cheeses. The choices are impressive! They also have set-menu salads that are a little pricey, but so yummy. The price ranges for salads are 6,500 – 12,500 won, but the price can rise quickly if you choose a lot of toppings.

I’ve been there 4 times and have always eaten the same salad. How funny is that?? It’s the first salad on the menu. I believe it’s called the March Rabbit Vegan Salad. It has romaine lettuce, red onion and tomatoes in a light dressing with a generous serving of green hummus, lentil salad and (new*) barley quinoa salad on the side. And also served with a generous portion of tofu and a thin slice of garlic bread. It’s exactly the kind of salad that is meant to be a meal. The grains, protein, and huge serving of salad were both flavourful and satisfying.

This restaurant is suitable for vegans and omnivores. I really encourage you to try it if you are in the Sinsa-dong Garosu-gil area. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant ambiance is bright and cheery.

What do you think of my maps? haha I hope you find them helpful 🙂
